"Awful customer service. Made an order over a hundred dollars. the order was initially lost due to negligence. Once found, a delivery attempt was made to the wrong address. The flowers never showed up ON THE DATE they were supposed to. When confronted the shop was very unpleasant. Look elsewhere for your arrangements unless you are okay with your order being lost, delivered to the wrong address, or enjoy unpleasant individuals."

"I ordered nearly 400.00 in flowers last week for a funeral as well as a Teddy Bear. Bear never delivered, manager will not respond to my call. Debbie tried to tell me it was delivered yet never asked me what funeral. Horrible"
"I want to send a GREAT BIG thank you and shout out to Stacie and Puffer's Floral Shoppe for a wonderful customer service experience. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my father for his 89th birthday in Elyria. Was highly disappointed with the arrangement when he sent a picture to me (I live in Pittsburgh) compared to the picture on the website what I was intending to be delivered. A phone call to Stacie this morning and the issue was resolved and my father is over the moon with the end result. THANK YOU SO MUCH! "Just stopped in to pick up a bouquet to use at the cemetery on Memorial Day. They were able to provide a very nice spray of spring flowers at a reasonable price. Lots of other floral-related items for sale. Nice little shop, overall! Only parking is across the street, but the visit was worth the effort to figure out which button to push to activate the crosswalk signals!"
