"John and his team are incredible to work with! My wife and I went to John to design a custom engagement ring and wedding bands for our 2018 wedding. He was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process and ultimately came up with an incredible custom design for her. Through our consultations with John, we shared what features she liked best from several different rings she has seen in person, on pinterest, etc., as well as what works best for her lifestyle and occupation. John LISTENED and man did he deliver an absolutely gorgeous ring! The craftsmanship is second to none and the compliments my wife receives seem endless. You can't beat the service. They also have a rich history in fine watches and watch servicing/repair, and I have happily utilized them for some watch servicing as well. There are plenty of jewelers we could go to between where we live near downtown Cleveland and Lorain, but these guys are definitely worth the drive out.
