"Bought an Xbox one s from you guys for $240. The output where you plug the HDMI cord has a missing prong. I called early today to complain and they asked if I bought the $40 15 day warranty and I said no. I'm a naive person so I didn't say what I should of said to get a replacement or my moms money back. They wouldn't take the Xbox back so I have to buy a new port for the HDMI in and a saudering gun to fix the Xbox myself. I would not recommend going here if you want a good and bout faulty console. Their games are cheap and either they don't test their games (unlike the exchange) or they sell scratched up dvds and games. I even bought a barely working copy of the last of us remastered for the PS4 (which is my fault, I'll admit)"
"I use Cashland in Lorain all the time when I am in a pinch and need some extra cash. I have never had any problems getting a good amount for my items and when i return to pick my stuff up they have treated it well and it works just fine....I am always greeted by staff and they do the best they can too get me top $$$$ on my loans. "First off we as people make it way more a priority to write bad reviews than good and second, no one wants to say a good review after they just loaned something they love so keep that in mind people. But the owner is awesome. I’ve had one bad experience but so what maybe she had a bad day. Other days she even ask are you sure you can pay this or just nice stuff. And the black dude with a bazillion rings is cool. I went in all mad and I thought I’d make him catch my energy but he didn’t say a word and was fast and I was happy! The white guy always gives me good prices and all the woman are nice to talk to. The guy with a beard always makes jokes so that’s cool. Can’t really say anything bad about here. You know what your walking into honestly and you probably don’t want to be there anyways So step back and check yourself. They deal with a thousand crappy people so it’s understandable. Lighten up people. And if you just walk up to the counter you should just leave."
