"Walmart pick up sucks.... got a text saying order was ready arrived 30 minutes afterwards.... waited a hour before my stuff was brought to my car.. asked a worker he put his finger up and said yeah yeah then finally after another 10 minutes another man brings my stuff and says sorry I see you was on the grey on his hand held device whatever that mean!!! Going to shop for myself for now on its the easiest without getting pissed off"
"Today - my daughter was picking up my pickup order with her 2 year old son. I got the message that it was ready at 1. They arrived at 130. By 2 - we still couldn't get through to the phone number. Yes I had it on my app and said I was parked. By 230 - she was calling again and they told her another 20 minutes. At 3 - she couldn't get through to anyone to ask again. We understand when it's busy. But by 330 - I tried calling the managers - and got hung up on from other departments. Just left. Such a shame. People were outside screaming in the parking lot over it. Obviously there are issues there. No way.of getting a hold of anyone. Come on Walmart. At least acknowledge the people. Just a shame."
"They never answer their phones and pick up makes things difficult when an emergency comes up and you need to change your pick up time. **Edit** the manager we spoke to is more than efficient and definitely more friendly. She had no issue helping me an also spoke to her employees. Thankfully someone there is capable."
"Has to be the WORST Walmart ever!!! No one cares about the customers and if you do a pick up, be prepared to not have something you ordered, something is broken, or waiting for 15 mins when you ate the only one in the pick up parking spot!!! I will start driving the extra 15 mins to another one or just stop going to Walmart!!!! Straight garbage."
"CHECK YOUR DATES, PEOPLE!!! This Walmart is selling outdated lunch meat!! So disgusting and unacceptable. Corporate was made aware. Let's hope this is fixed before people or kids don't get sick from out dated lunch meat and lunchables!!!!"
