I visited the location to get an engagement ring for my fiancée & fix another ring I had damaged and the service and ambiance were remarkable. The facility's open concept was beautiful, and the work performed was both quick and very high quality. The ability to observe the intricate work they were doing to the ring I needed fixed via a large monitor (80inch estimate) and the open concept room to watch them also added to the experience. "My (now) wife and I ordered a custom wedding set of rings from Nick while he was working with Beavercreek Jewelers back in May. Nick worked tirelessly during his move into his own space to make sure we knew what was going on at all times. He designed the set of rings together and gave us a GREAT price! We had the wedding last weekend and noticed a small issue with one of the gems in the wedding band of the set. We went in today and after talking with us about the problem Nick set to work immediately! We got in, got the ring fixed, and walked out within twenty minuets!! He didn't even charge us for the repairs!! This is the guy you want making all of your custom work, this is the guy you want doing all your repairs. Nick is the guy you want!!"

Nick will put him working on your piece live on the big screen for you to see which is awesome. Just shows how much they care for their customers which I loved.
