"This store sells used and old Alex and Ani bracelets!!! My set came tarnished and stained in the mail. How is this allowed? I waited past the return date because I knew the return policy was strict, but I should have contacted them anyway. Now I can’t get a refund. All I am is frustrated and own dirty bracelets that I cannot gift. Attached photo is after I let them soak and scrubbed them for 15 minutes to try to clean them. If you really want Alex and Ani bracelets, buy straight from their website."

"I’m very disappointed. My girlfriend and I came in for our 1 year anniversary to buy her a pandora ring. We went to where the rings were and the girl standing there did not greet us or anything while we stood there for a while. The front desk lady came up to help us and told the girl that had been standing there to get the rings out for us. While my girlfriend was looking the lady kept putting the rings right back as we were still looking at them. My girlfriend was trying to be quick as we both felt the lady was annoyed we were there. My girlfriend said “I’m so sorry” about how we were taking awhile. She did not say a word. Bethany was very rude and seemed annoyed. An enjoyable experience that we’ve had at other pandora stores was totally different there. We would have not bought the rings if it wasn’t for us not finding the right rings at other pandora stores."
