"Purchased ring. The stone fell out of first day of wearing. Associate who came to the door to let me in looked annoyed. She didn’t apologize. She didn’t seem to care at all. Now it will be almost 2 months before I get it back. They must have a lot of returns for her to act like it wasn’t a big deal. This was an engagement ring and I now have to tell my fiancé she won’t get to show it it for 2 months"
"DO NOT go here for jewelry unless you want them to continuously mess it up even when you make a point to request inscriptions and gem stones not be forgotten when getting rings welded/repaired. Three times they have messed up my ring and all they can say is “sorry” while rolling their eyes at you! And management will tell you they have to discuss it with their assistant to see if there’s anything they can do to compensate you for their mistakes!! Absolutely unprofessional. Take your business to jewelers who actually care not these crooks!! I’d give them ZERO stars is I could."

"Not your average jewelry store. 15 years of coming to Jared at the Beavercreek location. You won’t find better customer service anywhere!! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. You come in as a customer and leave like family. Beautiful selection of jewelry to fit any budget. Skilled professionals that do a fantastic job on repairs. I could go on and on. You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend!!"
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to exchange my husband’s wedding band for a different size and they had some issues getting it exchanged. They could have easily been frustrated but they were so kind and got it all figured out for us. I also recently got my ring and band soldered and it looks amazing, they did a great job! Highly recommend going to Jared’s"
