"Stopped in to get a battery change in a designer watch at Kay Jewelers in Huber Heights. Sales associate looked at my husband and said the battery was going to be expensive. My husband was like okay how much is it. It's 13.99, she said. He said okay. She asked did he get the watch from Kay's and he said no, the Virgin Islands. My husband didn't like her attitude and made assumptions b /c what we came in jeans,casual, etc. Sales associate assumed we couldn't afford to pay for a battery for his watch. We will not return to that store."

"I will honestly never do business with Kay Jewelers again in my life time. A long story short Kay Jewelers lied to my fiancé and I stating that my new engagement ring was a fake, and then proceeded to sell me another diamond from their store. We took my ring to three different jewelers after this experience and confirmed with each one with our own eyes that my diamond is indeed a GIA certified diamond. I cannot express the amount of stress, and absolute disappointment Kay Jewelers put us through. As a newly engaged couple, this is the worst experience you would wish to have during a happy time. I just hope others will take my advice and go to a different jeweler to their personal belongings looked after."
