"I was in need of a Range Terminal Block, and I was thinking, “Do I search for the Block, or Jimmy Hoffa, because I figured that it would require the same amount of effort. However upon visiting the V&V website, it showed they had two in stock, at a local location. I called back and spoke with the sales associate, I believe her name to be Janet, and stated that I was going to have someone swing through and pick up the terminal, and said person doesn’t really know what they’re looking for, and Janet replied, I already have the part out and ready to go”. Everything went extremely smooth. Thank you Janet, for great customer service."
