Great crystal selection and very knowledgeable. And you can't beat the little paper you get with them to help you learn about there specific properties. Great selection of candles and books also. "They took my money, didn't give me a confirmation. Then wouldnt accept responsibility for their system Being horrible. The owner closes early. Told me to drive to Madison from Mentor Because That Place Had the Merchandise I was looking for after I put an online order in. Come to find out the Madison location was closed and the Fairport location was open And miraculously now has the product I'm looking for. The owner would not meet me at the other location she told me to go to to give me the product i paid for and even tried to upsale me. Apparently They do all of their advertisements and everything on Facebook rather than a search engine And that is why I'm giving them one star. That and their system is completely corrupt, if I could give negative stars I would. Horrible shopping experience. Horrible accountability, horrible horrible place to shop. I'd rather drive an hour to Cleveland and back than deal with either location."

"They have the best assortment of teas I have ever seen. The BEST part is, you can purchase individual teabags to try!!! Very friendly staff who helped me make my decisions. Sage sticks, incense, crystals, A LARGE assortment of spices and salts (including most important black salt) Books, bells for doors....If you are headed to the wineries, this is a must see. It is just a couple miles north of I90, so a slight detour from the winery trail....but well worth it. Great coffee shop in the same plaze and Duffys bar a few more doors down!!!"
