"We used to love this bank but now I dread having to do any business inside. The service is so slow. Only one person there seems that care and now that person seems to care no longer . other banks you walk in and are served promptly."

"If I could give zero stars that’s what I’d give. The worse customs service I’ve ever recieved. Only one kind person there and it’s a male but I don’t know his name. Everyone else acts like your a bother. I opened up a safety deposit box not being told that they would want me to make appointments to go into it I understand there are other people going into the safety deposit boxes I do not mind waiting my turn but sometimes I do not have the time to sit on the phone for two hours waiting on hold to make an appointment to get into my box so when I go in 99% of the time to get into my safety deposit box they are rude anytime I try to do a transaction they are rude and slow I will be closing out my account soon and I have already found a different place to open a safety deposit box I would never recommend this bank to anybody as they are not customer friendly for sure at least not to me. I do not know if it is all US banks but I do know the customer service is horrible here. And they are not consistent one person will tell you you have to make appointment to get to your safety deposit box and the other person will just go ahead and let you in it either way it seems like I am a bother anytime I want to do a transaction there like I am interfering with something better in their life. Definitely do not feel welcome at this bank"

"Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I have been visiting this branch for years and have always had a pleasant experience with the tellers and bank managers. Shout out to Tracey and Jennifer who are always friendly and deliver top-notch service! I don't remember the names of all the other staff but they have all be equally as pleasant helpful."

"I’ve had an account here for years. I called and asked some questions about refinancing my car loan and it was a positive experience. They seemed eager to help and welcomed me in. Once I got there it was a different story. I explained that I talked to someone on the phone about my car loan and no one directed me to the person that helped me, the lady just started asking questions. It could have been her that had helped me but she never said if she was the one that I talked to. It would have been nice to work with the same person I had already spent 30 minutes talking with. She did not seem as eager to help me as the person on the phone, I seemed more like a bother to her. She also had to ask me how to spell the model of my car, so obviously a lot of people are not coming here to refinance often. Something must have been entered incorrectly on her end, because I was denied. My credit score has went up over 100 points since I first got my car loan over a year ago, and there’s no reason this should have been the case. The only explanation is that she had my information wrong. I figured since I’ve been coming here for years they would have put in more effort to help me, but she pretty much didn’t have any answers. I’m going to dispute this and am considering closing my account after this experience."

"Worst bank I've ever been to. People inside are amazing but the bank itself is terrible. I've had my account one week and wish I had gone elsewhere. It started with them calling me to tell me that i hadn't finished the process of setting up my account. They needed a copy of my license which the had already gotten at the branch as well as proof of residence something the should have asked for when i applied. Now they tell me you can't deposit cash with their temporary card and no one bothered to inform me of it. Now I'm half way across the US with a Bill wanting me to pay with a bank account and no bank account to pay it with. Representatives on the phone had no options for me aside from going back across the US to get my permanent card. Honestly about to close my account."
