"I was very impressed with my whole appointment with your staff. I had explained to them that my payment date was not working with when i received my check. Next thing I know I received a phone call stating I needed to come in and sign some papers to change my due date. Unfortunately, I forgot my appointment due to an unexpected illness. Again, I received another phone call from Robin letting me know that I didn't show for my appointment. I apologized and Robin set me up with another time.
