"Tellers are always super friendly and helpful, they're the best, but the loan dept. Seems to really discourage small business and the self employed even for long standing customers, it's a shame that a customer and business owner of many years can't use their hometown bank to obtain a small auto loan, because they're self employed, it was definitely a degrading and humiliating experience from a bank I thought I could count on, the self employed might want to avoid this bank"

"I use this place for the free checking...the staff is always so nice and they get to know who you are after a while. It feels like stepping back in to time a bit. So much nicer than feeling like a number in the big corporate banks. Their online banking underwent a major overhaul recently. It is really nice too."
