"I’m in a wheelchair and I literally had the ups guy follow me out as he watched me struggle trying to get a package back to my van because they don’t provide the ability to print a Amazon return slip. Unbelievable! He didn’t even offer to help at all. If he spent more time trying to be professional than hold a meaningless conversation it might not have been as bad. The box was heavy and the size of the width of the van. Thanks for watching me end up hurting my back struggling to get the package back in my van. Incident happened at 9/27/23 at around 10am"
