"Multiple times of not following directions for delivery. If you are not going to follow directions, maybe don’t ask your customers for directions on how to make the delivery. It’s a sad when the USPS is more reliable and can follow simple directions the a service that costs more and boasts on being the best."
"By far the worst delivery service out of all of them Usps, Amazon, ups I mean he'll even DHL make you guys look bad. So so so slow. Since I can't talk to a human uptop no matter what I do. I'll just leave a review here. It's not this shipping center it's all of FedEx. Package is delayed it moved over like 2 cities in Cali and hasn't moved in 5 day. Like what are you even doing. Fix your tracking or workers but something need fixed that's for DAMN sure."
"I always have a delivery issue with this place!! I live less than a mile from this fed ex building and can not get my package delivered be cause of light rain and it's 1:15 in the afternoon and it isn't raining now. The last time I had a package delivered the driver never rang the doorbell or knocked on my door and my door was wide open with the screen door closed and my mother'n law was in the living room. They had to re deliver it.... the package I am waiting to get was payed to be delivered in 2 days. And they are trying to postpone it for another day. Did I mention it's a wedding ring to get married in a different state tomorrow. The day they have postpone it to because of light rain and I live less than a mile away.. this center is horrible, the worst I have seen in a very long time !! If I could give it no stars that exactly what they would get!"
"The woman who helped us was possibly the nicest, most helpful person I have come across lately!!! I went to the wrong type of FedEx hub and was struggling to find the correct type. She insisted I stay and let her help. It was my last day to be able to return something, and thanks to her, I was able to"
