Two Men and a Truck

"(Let me start by saying, I gave the office a chance to rectify this problem before leaving my review. They said they would reach out to their corporate office and get back to me, this has been almost a month ago): I used Two Men and a Truck 3 times, the third time was awful. The first two times was a fairly small move. The third time was a big move but we had most of our furniture moved to the front of the house with the exception of a couple of large items. By doing this, a person would think it would have been easy. Oh no!!! They sent three guys and they had the hardest time, and they were younger than the first TWO guys, much younger at that. Towards the end they said they did not have enough room in the truck, now, I should mention when I called to schedule the move I told them this was a whole house move with 20 years of stuff including boxes. However, we moved all of the boxes our self, with the exception of a few big boxes in the garage that were labeled as the site instructed us to, they still did not put everything in its place, and the things they did place in the right spot, I told them where it went even though it was written on the boxes and a couple of totes. They took apart two beds and claimed they do not put things back together, that is a lie. If they take it apart they put it back together. In the end they left things behind because the truck was (full), I feel that was unacceptable. I ordered a service that was not fulfilled. We had to pay someone else to move the remainder of our things after paying a moving company to move us. Let me mention, the movers left trash all in the front yard of our new home, how embarrassing is that. I know it was their stuff because the plastic said "Two Men and a Truck" and the water bottles were not there when we pulled up. If I ever move again, I will not call them nor would I recommend them."
