"They will rip you off! More exspensive than other ups stores! Tried to fax documents and they ripped 5 pages without telling me and throw them away. I found out later when i came home. $2.99 for the first page and $1.99 for the others. My bill was over $60.00 dollars. Go to Staples instead. $15.00 dollars."

"The Indian ladies that work here are abrasive, rude, and nickel and dime you for every little thing. They ask “what’s in the box” instead of asking if there’s anything hazardous. They gave me 3 options for shipping, the cheapest of which was $94(!!!!). I had to specifically ask for ground shipping. They charge $3 to tape a box I had already taped. I haven’t had one good experience here, and won’t be going back. Avoid this UPS store like the plague."

"Horrible customer service. The two ladies behind the counter need a crash course or some computer based training in professionalism and how to work with customers. I am not sure if this is new UPS policy, but charging fees to tape boxes is moronic, especially returning something via an Amazon agreement. Do yourself a favor and go buy your own tape from Lowe’s down the street for a dollar, or better yet, do your Amazon returns at Kohls or Staples where they are actually friendly and won’t nickel/dime you. We will be avoiding this UPS store at all costs and suggest other patrons do the same."

"Came in for 2 simple returns. I had a box for Spectrum equipment, & they gave me the box back to take home.. I look in the box before throwing it out & THEY FORGOT TO TAKE A WIFI ROUTER CABLE!!! So now I have to go BACK tomorrow with the receipt to make sure that gets returned… Secondly, I had a return for clothing items back to Shein with a UPS QR code. The items were in a box, but they actually made me pay $3.22 for them to put a strip of tape on the box to shut it!! Absurd. Completely incompetent. Worst UPS visit ever."
