"COMPLAINT: weekly I receive other people's mail ! Also I received mail for the former tenant,of our address ,which he is long dead, 5+ years the p o has NOT corrected this ! 11-20-22 the mailman left a package in a public area ! Knowing we have thieves in the building/area ,Also just months ago we had our mailbox VANDALIZED! And they left a package just sitting out for anyone to pick up ! Very dumb ..... I thought mailman delivered mail not throw it in a public area or leave it on the street!?!?!?! UPDATE: the Xenia Ohio Post office, still has ignorant employees working for them !! Still , being unprofessional,and doesn't know how to deliver mail and PACKAGES correctly ! The last incident : Wadded up,or balled up a package and shoved it up in the mailbox, !!!! The package should OF BEEN pulled from the mail , it was torn open , AND had three holes Burnt into the plastic bag ,my receipt and item was Damaged!!! Stupidity at its finest!!! I posted pictures, I placed the balled item in a box for return,smh!"

"I called this morning because a package I sent was saying it had been delivered to the front porch, but it wasn’t at the address I sent it to. I spoke with Tony, who took down all of my information and said he would get back with me. Tony called me back a few minutes later and apologized but it was indeed dropped at the wrong location. He said the postman would go out to retrieve it and get it to the correct location. They did just that! I am very thankful!!! Merry Christmas!!"

"I normally don't have a problem with Xenia postal. However! I did today. I had a package pick up scheduled for today. My packages have been out on the porch where they always are since 10 am today. I get an email saying they were picked up at 5:12 PM. GUESS what was NOT PICKED UP!? My packages are still kn my porch."
