"On the morning of May 13, 2023 I went fishing with my son. I launched my boat and pulled out to park my truck and trailer. As I was turning left to pull in the parking space, I heard an extremely loud thump. The left front of my truck was down. At first I wondered if I had driven into a very large hole, but I didn’t. My lower left ball joint sheared. As I looked closer, I could see it disengaged and destroyed the lower left CV Axel. I called my insurance and they contacted A Towing Service. Took approximately 2 hours for the flat bed tow truck to arrive. I was notified it would take that long because they were busy. My brother-in-law had already taken my trailer and boat back to my house. A Towing Service arrived and it was definitely worth the wait. The driver Phil or (Philly) was a very friendly, nice, experienced operator of the flat bed. He took his time and loaded my truck without any additional damage. When Phil unloaded my truck, once again he took his time and did an outstanding job. Thank again Phil, I am a lucky man to have had a person with a wonderful personality and fantastic work knowledge."
