"I'll make this short. Their driver stole my package (I have proof), and their response is to notify my shipper so they can start the long, tedious process of trying to get a refund. They scanned the package as delivered, but the locker was empty. They will continue to deny any wrongdoing until I take them to court, which I plan on doing. I've never had such disregard for someone else's property than I have with FedEx support. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. THEY HAVE THEIVES WORKING FOR THEM!"

"Where is the phone number to contact someone at this particular facility? The 800 number says it’s been ERASED?!? Is this because you can’t handle the amount of complaints coming in for your drivers? My place of business SCHEDULED a pickup and the driver seriously leaves all packages outside!! And don’t pickup any of the packages on a scheduled pickup? At 11 am, there is someone to be able to tell that you need to get a pickup! Beyond frustrated that you can’t even contact anyone for dispatch from this location to call a driver out and make them come back and do their job! Absolutely ridiculous and this has been an ongoing problem. Sure wish our freight came from a different shipping facility with drivers that care! Luckily it was a small order this time around and hopefully nobody came to steal anything in the mean time!"

"You're tracking abilities are a joke. You inform a customer a package is going to be delivered by 10:30 a.m. and then at 10:30 a.m. you take all tracking abilities away with your generic basic tracking abilities and then you tell the customer now you have to wait all day because yeah your driver was in your area but we sent him across town so now you have to wait till we decide to let him come back over there so waste of time and money which is a waste of my money because next thing we know you guys are going to be announcing that you're raising shipping rates because to offset operating expenses because you want to have your drivers running all over town back and forth instead of just grouping the deliveries together like you claim all these new apps and route applications are supposed to be doing and they're not get your act together and you wonder why people are stopping to use this service and other services like you yeah online shopping maybe convenient and shipping maybe convenient but we're going to get tired of being told one thing and you guys doing something else to where we're just going to go back to traditional stores and we'll go pick it up because then we can at least know where it's at"
