"If I could give UPS no stars, I would. My birth certificate was being delivered by UPS. $20.00 for shipping, $52.00 in total. The UPS driver never stepped foot in my building to knock on my door. How the heck do you not knock on a customers door when you know that their signature is needed for drop-off? This happened 3 times and every time the delivery person left a note on my building door. After the 3rd time I called UPS to see if my package can be picked up and I was told my package was restricted and have to be sent back to the sender. I called the “sender” and was told it would be $16 to have it shipped back to me. So now I’m out of a birth certificate and out of $52.00. If you can’t bother to knock on a customer’s door to get a signature you should be removed from your position/fired!!"
