"A female driver from this location backed into my house and completely ripped my gutter in half. I watched her pull away from my gutter as I was yelling and waving my hands at her to stop. I filed a claim and it took approx 2 months for anyone at Fex Ex to figure out what to do with the claim. Everyone was passing it in to the next person. Finally after 2 months an employee tried to help me get the claim going, but Fed Ex had hired a different company to handle their claims. The employee finally got me contacted to the co. The company is Gallagher Bassett. I suggest you look at, and read their reviews. They hold a 1 star rating. All with the same complaint of lying on the claim and taking weeks to respond, if they ever do. I filed the claim the day it happened on Sept 4 and I have went through approx 10 different people. Fed Ex will give you false hope that they get it taken care of, but all they do is drag it out. Their 3rd party company never inspected the vehicle after my numerous complaints. The driver came back the next day to deliver the same package and someone had to stop her from hitting it again. He then showed her the damaged, so she knew she had hit the house. I was told they were looking at the video on the truck, then I was told they didn't video. Lies and manipulation. To the female driver at this location. Thanks for hitting my house and lying about it. The Gallagher Bassett Co actually knew about that he house being remodeled months previous. It was a very odd scenario on what they knew. I provided security pics to Fed Ex and their claims company from the day before of no damage to the house as this is a rental property and cameras were installed during the vacant month. If you get a claim from Fed Ed make a police report on it immediately as they will lie and manipulate it and drag it out."

"I ordered a TV for Black Friday and I got a alert on my phone saying that my package was at my front door I went to the front door and looked there was nothing there I looked on my ring camera and did not see a driver drop anything off. So since I’m disabled I had my Aid walk down to an address that kind of similar to ours two blocks down the street and he found our 65 inch TV sitting outside somebody’s apartment"

"Paid 25 dollars to have a cigarette lighter delivered and found a note on the door telling me i wasn't home but was here waiting on it and no option of having it redilivered. Wasn't where i was told i needed to pick it up but at another place many miles away."
