"SCAMMERS. I called 2 weeks in advance to let them know I was moving out and then called again the day I moved everything out. Four months later a debt collector called and said we didn’t take our lock off and we had to pay $140. The people were rude and would not check videos so we could prove our side of the story. It’s there word against yours. Beware do not get scammed like I did."
"No light to see in my unit in the dark, smelly unit and they jacked my monthly rate only 2 months after move in. Will not refund partial months if you move out early. Was happy I didn't need to be there longer after they raised the rate for no reason."

"I would love to leave a higher score however I booked online/over the phone and was told to give a 15 day notification. I called the next day to cancel due to unseen circumstances. I never met the first person at the store and lock. I asked about a partial refund and was informed I wasn’t untucked to a refund. So at this point I would not recommend this storage unit."
