"I stopped at my local KFC and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with extra pickles and a Dr Pepper… I went through the drive thru… received my bag and only my sandwich was in it, I hadn’t received my fries, I asked kindly if I could please get my order of fries, the boy went back and got an order and handed them out to me loose not in a bag out of the window. Brought my food home and my sandwich looked very sad, the driest, thinnest piece of chicken I had ever seen. It was so dry and chewy. They did give me the extra pickle that I asked for but it was the presentation of the sandwich… looked like someone grabbed the driest, oldest piece of chicken threw a wad of pickles on it and drowned it in the sauce. The fries were not the warmest and my fountain drink was very flat.. it was very disappointing to me."

"I dont typically give bad reviews. However, it was the first time in years that I had gone to one. It wasn't my home town. I ordered over $40-50 dollars of food for my family. So when I left there... I was gone. Wasn't like I could run back and grab on the condiments they missed. When I called. I was told, "Oh well... we don't offer butter or honey for that matter. If you want them you have to ask." To be quit frank. The girl was a really rude, nasty person. But I was trying to get food quickly for my family as my Dad had died. Cooking wasn't an option. We weren't at home. Didn't have butter and / or honey for biscuits. Who eats those without butter and honey. The last thing she said to me after I explained my frustration and that it was false advertising. (Bc clearly, their sides show the necessary condiments in advertising) Was well they you go right ahead and contact your attorney. Really? No apology. Just a rude little girl. If I were that particular owner/manager, I would have fired her. I supervise 100s of employees, and i would never allow my staff to speak that way to a customer. I will never go there again. There were six people waiting for dinner who didn't those very normal condiments. All they had to do was ask if I needed them but instead I was treated rudly. Training is needed. And I realize how petty it sounds about butter and honey. You don't think it's very needed until u are eating a dry biscuit. Training is needed a long with attitude adjustments."

"First put my coleslaw underneath all the hot food , then went to divide out for dinner...coleslaw was frozen hence why it was at the bottom of the bag Male manager state they always do this because heat rises lmao. 1. Not first time eating KFC/ coleslaw 2. If the reasoning is true then the heat from hot food is now going to exit through top of bag rendering it cold and not fresh, and taking my cold food and making it hot by putting at bottom of bag morons. 3. Asked for butter and honey and girl at window didn't say a work and just looked at me weird. You guys suck and not sure how u sleep good or feel you earned the money your taking from customers for shotty service and food"

"Message to the manager, please try to teach your employees to speak in a tone that the customer can understand them, make eye contact, smile, and show that they’re interested in the customer, and their job. I realize it’s hard to find employees now, but, these are things that can be taught, and should be taught when your employees are dealing with public. The restaurant was clean, and the food was good! But a simple smile can improve all of this!!"
