"Theres no Ups point in this cvs like their website shows/says. I walked in Sunday Nov 19, 2023 w my pkgs in arm and saw no UPS sign anywhere. In fact there wasnt even a clerk/employee anywhere to be seen that I could ask. I used to like this store! Uurr!"

"Minus how UPS thought I wasn't home when they could of knocked the people up at the UPS Access Point in the CVS Pharmacy was very friendly and wasn't rude at all. Thank you for holding onto the Playstation 5 they're hard to get which is why I was mad I could of had it the day before if UPS would of knocked. Door Bell is old and out dated to the early 2000s need to get a replacement. The staff was very friendly I just hate going out and getting my package. Staff gets a 5/5 the driver only gets a 3/5 they did deliver but I wish they would of knocked first!!!!! :("
