"For the 3rd time in as many months, a package that was supposed to be delivered to me was delivered to the wrong address. Then upon trying to call UPS it all sends you to the same 1800# that has an automated system that refuses to connect you to a live agent. I'm done using UPS. The drivers are so lazy that they drop the package off at some random house then leave because they wanna go home so bad. Often times it's items that can't be replaced. This is UNACCEPTABLE.. Also why is there not a direct phone number for this specific location!?!?!?!?!?!"
"Online store hours state Saturday 10-1 (which was just updated by the company 6 weeks ago as it states online) but I was there at 10:15 and absolutely nobody there and doors are locked and sign outside says closed Saturday and Sunday. So then I just drop it off in the drop box box at Center and Main (on Saturday) where it says driver has not picked up yet and here it is Monday and absolutely no tracking update for this package at all. This is a return item and the company was already contacted it was dropped off and on its way back but no update for the return. I tried your response by messaging you on FB and got NO RESPONSE after it says it was gonna connect me to an agent. After 10 minutes I gave up on waiting."
"The driver accidentally delivered our packages to another house. It was $3500 worth of items. So as you could imagine, we were freaking out. But, when we went in they were incredibly helpful. They contacted the driver, he tracked down the packages and by the time we got back home they were waiting for us on our front porch. Great interaction. Very professional."
