"I was notified that two different packages would be delayed and after 3 weeks I still hadn't heard anything so I tried to contact Lasership but every phone number I found and tried didn't work or said it was disconnected. I finally found an email address for them and emailed them, several days later I received a response stating they couldn't locate my packages. Now of course because it has been so long the stores I ordered from are out of stock of most of the items I needed. I will never order from a company that ships through them again. Based on all the terrible reviews I am seeing I don't know how they are still in business."
"I wish there was a negative 5 star. My package was apparently “delivered” yesterday 1/25 but I in fact did NOT receive it!! I looked all over my apartment building. Not sure if they delivered it to the wrong building or if they just stole it. After further googling these people are pretty much the door dash of mail delivery. The carriers get paid by delivery so they obviously don’t care if you actually got your package or not, just as long as they mark it as delivered they get paid. I also called their pathetic customer service and they pretty much told me I have to get a hold of my seller. My seller has nothing to do with it! You people were the last to have my package. It is your responsibility to get it to me!! This place is a big joke!! How they are still in business is beyond me!!"
"My package was due January 7th. I keep getting alerts stating "out for delivery" but it never arrives. Then status states, "unable to deliver due to weather." Please tell me what weather issues have kept you from delivering my package? Today I have not received any alerts for delivery or if there will be another delay."
"Very rude company. How can you go from one day your package not being able to be delivered due to weather when it was sunny outside to the next day saying it was lost in their facility. It was supposed to be at max a 2 day delivery and now its been over a week and i even contacted the seller and they resent me my stuff but used this same company and the same stuff happened again so i had contact the seller again and request a replacement again and hopefully they don't use this rotten company again. Im going to turn them in to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU also and get my local news channels involved also and see how they like that. If i could give less than 1 star i definitely would in a heartbeat."
