"They state 'delivery excellence' but are sub-par at best. I have a pending delivery. They had a truck break down Wednesday, then their driver doesn't want to work Saturday. I was told I will get delivery Sunday - when I am not available - which would require forgoing signature and could be stolen or I could refuse delivery and they would send it back! Check the attitudes! Your business is deliveries. The company had the issues not the customer. Going to recommend they are not used up the food chain to Estes and Home Depot as it reflects badly on both of those companies too!"

"Could someone help me? I was notified of a delivery for yesterday between 3-8 pm. No delivery was received. No one answers the phone in the Toledo area. A rep in Cincinnati stated he needed the pro number to track it. Got the Pro number and called back. No answer. Called Dayton and was given the number for the general mngr for Toledo, Angie. Went directly to voice mail. No return call. Now no answer anywhere. THIS is PRIORITY service?"

"The management in place do not know the difference between a independent contractor and a employee. He tries to make us wear uniform tshirts which is against the law."

"This place sucks with delivery they set packages on the porch and run from apartment building my package has been stolen and it was over $1500.00 worth of medical supplies. They need to ring the doorbell of the apartment and wait for the person to come out. If no one is home come back another day"
