"Make no mistake, I don't rate this company two stars because of the drivers. They have a policy where if you miss a ride for ANY reason they tac 'points' on. If you get to a certain number of points or misses then you don't ride for a certain length of time. My mother was nearly kicked off for a month twice because of missing rides while in the hospital for influenza and pneumonia. Mind you she does not drive and without their services she's essentially trapped in the house and unable to get to her doctors. The drivers are excellent and a pleasure to be around however this arbitrary 'point' system needs to be revised. Just because some riders cancel last minute doesn't mean some don't have a good reason to miss."
