"Why do you keep pushing my delivery date back it’s annoying when people take work off cause it says delivery date then gets pushed back day after day. Do your job or go to college and pick a new career no one forced you to work here but at least do your job delivery drivers"
"Their not very helpful with your return label process. Didn’t know that you had to go on Line to do an extra step for your return label. And after you do that you have to wait until you get an email with a code so that you can confirm your label . Who and why do you have so many extra steps. Also I was told that the workers at the FedEx office store are not allowed to touch your phone in order to assist you!!! Their not allowed to really assist you. And if you need assistance at the Dussel location in Maumee . You’re up the creek with out a paddle. Michelle the manager isn’t the friendly person to help you !!! I’ll stick with UPS. At least their hands on!!!"
"Made an order one day. The item was going to come in the next.i got a text saying it couldn't be delivered because i want there. So i signed the purple slip. The next day was the same thing. I call customer service and they said there is nothing they can do about it. They then said they would contact the driver and get them to come back. Driver never showed and I'm still waiting on the third day. How is there no consequences for them messing up. I always have problems with fed ex."
"Have a order from Best Buy has been on three different trucks and still not delivered has been a week today. come on you can do better than that. UPS is a lot better will not order anything that FedFex delivers. I live in Findlay ."
