"PLEASE STOP USING FEDEX!!!! Companies I implore you! In the time of online shopping there are plenty of other, more reliable, sources. Of all my orders this season, the FedEx handled one is the only one that did not arrive. When it became obvious (after 6 days) that my package was lost and not going to be delivered, I started a daily call into customer service for resolution. Most gave me canned responses and did not seem to have a clue on how to help me. One representative actually hung up on me. Last summer they lost a package that was NEVER found. I am going to start paying close attention to the shopping company being is and if it is Fedex, I will be shopping elsewhere."
