"Ordered an online order, did not receive my drink. Called to ask about it because I am at home with the kids and can't leave. Was told to come up to the store to get my drink THEY forgot."

"This place is an absolute joke. I only keep going back because it’s a lack of options. It takes 15 min just to order and another 10 to receive it. The overall atmosphere is depressing and some the workers are just to slow to handle the job. The place is 1 out of 10. It doesn’t have to be this way."

"I made an order approximately 20-25 minutes before the store closed for the night. The kind lady who took my drive-thru order was welcoming and polite. My order was a $5 Biggie Bag with the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, so nothing too complicated or extensive. I was glad they were open so late, since I work 2nd shift. However, my burger lacked tomato as well as lettuce and mayonaise. Having worked in a fast-food kitchen for around 2 years, I am aware that orders made close to closing can be bothersome and even annoying. The staff want to close up and go home for the night, and I understand that. But just not putting several of the defining toppings on the burger is lazy and inexcusable. The meat patty also tasted old and the bun was stiff and stale. At least the bacon was on there, but all in all I had a poor experience."

"The food was great, but the service was awful. The lady who was running the drive thru accused me of having a carry out order and told me I would have to come inside for my order when my mobile order was specifically drive thru. She made me show her proof when I got to the service window, after she looked at my phone that obviously stated it was a mobile drive thru pickup order she slammed the window in my face and then opened it again to hand me my food then as I was telling her to have a good day she proceeded to slam the window in my face for the second time saying nothing. I typically don't have that sort of experience at this Wendy's but due to this happening today, I am gravely disappointed and not sure when I will be returning. Sometimes its decent, other experiences have been better."

"Wendy's has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Now that I doordash on the side, I have realized how different it is. Everytime I get a delivery from there, I know I am going to wait at least 15-20 minutes for the order to be ready. That is discouraging, as it costs me money, wasting so much time waiting. There is no sense of urgency. It's like snails making your food. It's too bad because they have the quality products needed to be great! Just don't ever go there if you're in a hurry! Even if you're the only one there, you will be waiting a while..."
