"This company failed to show to pick me up for a doctors appointment. Only admitted that they weren’t coming when I called my insurance company to see where the driver was. This is the second time this provider has failed to provide proper service…first time the driver was unprofessional and the vehicle was in extremely poor condition. USE ANOTHER COMPANY, ANYONE IS BETTER THAN RIDE ACCESS"
"This company came to pick up a resident at my building. When I arrived to work the van and two passengers were parked in from on the building with seats reclined and appearing to be sleep. When I approached the van the male passenger did not respond however, the driver lifted her head up for napping to let me know they were early for their pickup and would not tell me which of my residents they were picking up. They slept parked in front of my building for over an hour. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this company."
