"I received a phone call from Uni trans after 6 o’clock on Tuesday, April 24. The gentleman I spoke to you over the phone told me that there was a windshield replacement that needed to be done in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and that the driver was going to inform him of his location the very next day. They said they were going to call me. They didn’t call. When I reached out, the person who answered, the phone was completely clueless and told me that he was going to call me back. Lo and behold, he didn’t call me back. So I called to get information again and the guy told me that his driver had already found a windshield. They wasted my time which, in the world of business, means they wasted my money. I am extremely disappointed with the way they operate. Moving forward, if they call me for auto glass replacement, I am not providing service for them. Veteran Auto Glass is a veteran owned business based out of North Jersey and we take pride in everything that we do. Wasting our time is not acceptable even remotely. I hope they don’t treat their other vendors like this."
"One of their drivers almost killed my family, by running us off the road 7/30/22 at about 6pm on I80 eastbound between Des Moines and Iowa City. He forced his way over, causing me to have to slam on my brakes and pushed us unto the shoulder. After eventually getting back in far right lane, we passed (quickly out of fear of him doing it again), and saw that he had his phone in his hand doing something. Not even paying attention. We took photos as we passed of truck and trailer number. Tried to get the driver on his phone, but wasn't in picture."
