"This service there's a local service in Shelby county that offers discounted rides to disabled in public transportation with a notice their buses are very clean and comfortable,Drivers are friendly and welcoming most mornings. You do not have to be disabled to ride the service in one way trip is only $2.50maxium."
"The drivers are quite nice, depending on which driver you get lol. Little bit slow at tines, that depends on how bad traffic is. I wish they would take debit/credit cards to pay but they are old school and gotta do cash ."
"Staff was friendly and helpful! We live to close to school for normal bussing soy 6 year use the Dial=A=Ride since I work nights and gone before school let's out. Would have probably given 5 stars but they don't accept debit cards"
"As of 4/4/16, they have stopped picking up the phones. The phones ring, ring, and ring. But nobody picks up. This is a sign that the lines are receiving calls properly, but, they refuse nonetheless. My business was lost here. Not to mention how rude/dead sounding the secretaries sound. They sound like they hate their life and you as well. They are often late upon pickup. Or even so early that you're not ready, so they take off. Terrible service."
