"I've started riding because of surgery, and other than some confusion on my part, calling and getting a ride to and from places has been very simple. I qualified for a discounted fare, and that was processed immediately after showing the appropriate documents. Being short staffed limits their coverage ability, so you may have to arrive a bit early to your destination, but that's a much better option than missing an important appointment. I've not yet checked on the monthly bus pass. Overall, a bus service that can offer door to door transport is an amazing thing to have available. The only improvements I'd like to see are evening and Saturday services."
