"This is to your company in general. Excellent safety record? HA! Says who? Your drivers and contractors are the most dangerous idiotic morons on the public highways! Speeding, tailgating, unsafe lane changes etc.....everything that'll get them noticed in a negative way! I drive the same route every night...Indy to Toledo, 6 nights a week in a 65 mph governed tractor. Your drivers are a Holy terror to all motorists on I-69 & US-24! They just haven't been caught! All it takes is one catastrophe! I had one tonight 6" from my bumper on I-469 @ New Haven, IN. area.....12:15 am, no other traffic, for no reason whatsoever! You're gonna be in a world of trouble if one your idiots crashes me or some other innocent motorist! You better get a handle on that or you'll be joining the likes of Yellow Freight!"

"I had one of your driver's behind me today, in Indianapolis. With traffic so crazy from complete construction shut downs of I-70 and all of the fatalities on I-70 in the western part of the state, I wanted to let you know that I'd feel 100% safe ion the road all your drivers are like that guy. Traffic came to a surprise halt around an almost blind curve for traffic ahead... I had to come to a pretty quick stop, luckily I've had some training myself (not CDL, though), so i normally keep extra distance just in case and i didn't feel the driver was leaving spacing short either. Definitely plenty of distance priot to the hold up. Your driver obviously saw my sudden braking and definitely avoided a scary situation very smoothly. Great job!"
