"Absolutely terrible company. They did not care about bouncing things off my walls. They were late. They didn't even install the hardwear on my bed due to "a manufacturing defect." Which I was able to remedy by using a Phillips head screw driver to install the hardwear myself once they left. They told me one remote was broken. But, they simply couldn't be bothered to pair it. Left a mess in the bed room. Damaged one of the power bases for the new bed. Did not remove the old bed as per contract. Contacted customer service with no response. Horrible company all around. Avoid at all costs."
"Called 3 times to confirm storage and pickup.. arrived to claim item and pay storage fees. They had returned it to the shipper claiming the shipper requested it back because they wouldn't pay storage even though we offered to pay storage instead of the shipper, and was given a verbal confirmation that this was acceptable. Best part they don't even call you before they send it back. Horrible lack of communication and disorganized customer service. Took 5 people to figure out that it had left again. Do not use this shipper for any reason."
