"Karen Garland that works for RTA and her husband and son has been harassing my wife and I for quite awhile now and recently threatened us at the moose in Lima. She has been warned by the police and her employer to leave us alone. She is nothing but trouble under her fake smile. Her husband and son said my time was coming and they was going to shoot me and that the law doesn't scare them. I am tired of the threats and I will never use RTA or let my son that had used this service for 3 years ever use this service ever again. She used her job to gain access to our home address when we lived in Spencerville to harass us. The community of Lima and surrounding areas needs to be aware of such."
