"Not sure how they are still in business, there's better pizza at Papa John's and better service. The food could've been better if it wasn't overcooked though so maybe I need to try another location in Ohio."
"The delivery was fast. We got our pizza and wings about ten minutes early, but that was the only good thing about it. We asked for light sauce, they did not pay any attention to those instructions. Asked for Parmesan cheese packets, didn't receive them either. The boneless wings were like frozen chicken nuggets that weren't cooked fully and the barbeque was the most nasty tasting BBQ sauce we ever tasted, about had me sick. Very disappointed because I love Donatos but I'll no longer be ordering from them."

"First off Donato's pizza is great no matter if you have any customer service issues. This location is clean, and has good parking. My wife ordered pizza online to pick up from this location. When I arrived' they had not processed my order or made anything. The manager found my order and began making my order. They didn't have any large dough ready so I received 2 medium sized pizzas in lieu which I was happy with. The food came out great, I just had to wait a little extra. I am not sure if it was the company process of receiving online orders, or just an employee error, but the manager was genuinely apologetic about the error. If you're on Elida road and you want pizza, definitely stop at Donato's. ***Update *** Received a phone call from the franchise owner who was genuinely concerned about my experience. It's good to see businesses owners care about the success and reputation of their company."
