Little Caesars Pizza

"I don’t know if it’s the app or the workers but every time I order I always get the wrong item, this last time it was the pizza, ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust ( whole reason for the order ) not only was it not stuffed crust but the whole thing was so stale it was like literally chewing a piece of rubber couldn’t even eat it, I love lil ceasers but I will never comeback especially after not being able to get a full refund after calling and explaining the situation."

"I was behind a driver waiting on his food I assumed but nobody was coming to the window so he drove off. I then approached the window in my vehicle and waited 5 minutes and once again nobody showed up to the window so I drove off. And yes they were opened for business. I've had other negative experiences with this location in the past but thought I would give them a try once again and also it's near me. Perhaps they are low on staff which is understandable so if that is the case I hope they hire more people willing to stay to assist the under staffed."

"Ordered on the app and arrived at the latest time it would be ready. I was told it was just now going into the oven, pull up and park and they would bring it out to me in about 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later I went back through the drive thru, was handed a cold pizza without even an apology."

"This has been the worst experience of my life ! The customer service was the worst I’ve seen ANYWHERE ! Not a single person over the age of 18 or act anywhere near responsible enough to be even making food let alone be in an establishment alone . I have worked in the food industry my entire life and if me or any of my co workers ever were to act this way or be trained this way we would have been fired on the spot ! Do better people !"

"Store Order ID: 1005625 • Store Location Number: 10710 • Order Number: 969 This is the worst pizza I've ever received from Little Caesars. Ordered an Extra Most Bestest, it may have had extra cheese, but very little pepperoni, certainly not extra, nor most bestest. Also ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni with cheese sauce. Crust is burnt, pizza is not cut, heavy salt is all over the pizza, and there was so much butter all over it that it ruined my wife's t-shirt when it literally ran out of the box and all over her. Absolutely not edible. Ordered on-line, pick up time 6:33 to 6:38. I waited until 6:45 and still no notification that is was ready. It said it went in the oven at 6:22. When i pulled up to the window and gave the girl my name and order number she looked it up and then i could hear the crew arguing in the background about the order. It took another 5 minutes to get my drinks, EBM and breadsticks. Was told we were still waiting for the pretzel crust. Mind you it's now been over 30 minutes since it was marked as 'in the oven'. It took almost another 10 minutes to get the pretzel crust pizza. I have pictures and I will be sharing them. What a horrible experience."
