"They are not interested in up selling you into their bikes, but are bike snobs and will insult your bike if it's not up to their expectations. When I dropped my older bike off for service, I said I wanted whatever they suggested to make it functional. Needed tires, tubes, and brakes were dragging. I was told their top service (description was appealing to me for what I wanted) was too much for my bikes value. When I went to pick up after I received text it was ready to go, I was told it really needed $100 more service to make it shift good. Then I was told my bike was "clapped out" and wasn't worth it. So unless you're a professional rider, they don't want to sell you an upgrade bike nor do they want to waste their time servicing your current bike to your request."

"Recently my wife and I had our bicycles serviced by Bishop’s to get ready for our first ever Ohio To Erie Trail ride. Stuart, Joe, Carl, John, Terry and the entire team provided us with excellent service and a lot of helpful advice. I also scheduled an appointment with Terry for a bike fitting. I didn’t realize how far I had been reaching. My bicycle feels so much more comfortable now. Though I am eyeing a Bianchi so I may be back for it.
