"So I go in today and ask for the HK MP5 on display I have purchased 6 pistols from JUST over the past 3 years but as I'm getting ready to purchase it they take it away and then lie to me telling me that they already sold it to a gentleman that i heard with my own ears ask for it from another sales associate after i already had it in front of me for about 3 minutes. I even watched the guy walk over to look for the gun knowing that i had asked for it first. The gentleman even walked in at the same time as I did to the shop, but they pretended that he was there and had already bought the gun. That simply was a lie as i heard him ask to look at it after I already had it in my possession. I'm not angry at the gentleman but I wont ever return to JUST. Not that they care, because they showed me and everyone in there at the time how they treat people and those kind of businesses don't deserve any loyalty. The place cleared out real fast after I walked out the door. Many other Gun shops around and I'm sure they will have no problem helping me with my collection. Anyone else feel free to shop at JUST. But realize you dont mean s£!+ to them."

I have been a customer since they opened and watched them grow over the years and not once have they forgotten where they started and show their appreciation with great prices, good inventory and the best water cooler talk in town. "This company is great....minus the owner which destroys any decent reputation they could have. Talk about rude, disrespectful, and complete hypocrite. She demands respect but lacks it when dealing with her patrons. You ask a question and get a nasty response instead of trying to help. That's not customer service. The prices are great but if you want actual helpful assistance and be treated like a half way decent human being go somewhere else. O and lets not forget this is the same owner who couldn't maintain Ready Line. At least this time she wont be able to screw people out of monthly lane memberships. Keep that in mind when doing business with someone like her, if given the chance she will screw you over. Just like the government she complains about all she cares about is the money NOT the people. Complete and total hypocrisy."
