"I have been with HTM since 2009 it was a great CU intill the passing of Jim. Friendly, understanding and always looked out for their members. It is absolutely a HORRIBLE CU now that Superior to over. Horrible is to nice for the way this CU is now. The Mgr Marla is as crooked as they come. Superior since they merged and since the sad passing of Jim Beck. Who Marla started immediately trashing Jim, Natalie and other employees of HTM. The new management is absolutely incompetent. The nasty disposition, the inability to problem solve is absolutely unsettling. Horrible customer service and the merge has cause problems I don't suggest getting a loan or doing any business here. Jim had this CU the best. Marla said, on recording that Jim was "DOING SHADY LOANS" If you weren't sent in writing 30-90 prior to the merger, not given the chance to vote as a share holder then you consumer rights as well very violated, also under 15 U.S. code 6802 Neither HTM or Superior CU I have been with HTM since 2009. Anything that is nonpublic information is nonpublic, to 3rd party (credit reporting agencies, repossession company, ) and so on. meaning under the law by Federal & State law under you have a law suit against Superior for violation of your consumer and civil rights. 15 U.S. code 6802 &/or 15 U.S. code 1692F MEMBERS BE AWARE.....SUPERIOR IS STILL VIOLATING CONSUMER RIGHTS AND LAW. THEY ARE STILL USING HTM AREA CU name after a merger took place 1 yr ago."
