"My husband called for a taxi at 6:30 p.m. tonight. Dispatch said someone would be here in 30-40 minutes. After 50 minutes, my husband called back and dispatch said she tried calling us. That was a lie. She said she couldn't get ahold of the driver and that she was calling someone in from Akron. She said someone would call when the driver was on the way. Never got a call and no one showed up. Thanks for making me walk in the freezing cold and dark. I will never again use your services."

"I was in need of a ride an this Magic 'T' got me home in time in order for me to get my rest to be ready for the next day. An their way better then Uber or Lyft due to the fact they accept your business on all terms. No let downs with Magic 'T'❤️"

"I really wish I didn’t have to give them 1 Star. I was driving down Wooster road yesterday after getting my kids from the babysitters and had a lady from this company Pull out in front of me from a side street, I had to slam on my breaks and jerk my car to avoid her. So I called the company to let them know how reckless their driver was. I spoke to a lady who said she would give her boss my information and why I was calling. She told me they would call me today. NEVER CALLED! Obviously they don’t care how their employees drive. I followed her down by McDonald’s in Barberton before she cut the corner at McDonald’s to avoid getting stuck at the traffic light. If you are looking for a taxi company DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY because they could care less how they drive and they don’t care if they hurt someone in the process."

"Totally Rude Driver. When I got in the vehicle, the meter was already on $4. I asked if the price went up. She said she started the meter while I was packing groceries into the vehicle instead of by the mile. Really? Am I paying for sitting at red lights too? Mind you, the driver never offered to lift a finger to help me load my groceries. When I initially called, I was told I would be picked up in 15 minutes. I was picked up nearly an hour later. The vehicle reeked of cigarettes which she blamed on her co-workers. She said she had a bachelor's degree and was a counselor in the daytime. When I initially made contact, it was 4:11p.m. So her fantasy job "as an educated counselor" must have let her leave early drive smelly cab.LOL!! WHAT A LIAR!! I want to speak to the owner because I voice recorded the entire trip. She threatened to dump me out several times and called me names by trips end. For a so-called professional...this woman had no manners or couth. They don't deserve anyone's business. UBER and LYFT are cheaper, faster and much more professional. I only called the taxi service because I had groceries and the UBER/LYFT vehicles are too nice to put clunky groceries in. By the time I got home, I was nauseated from the smell of cigarettes and the anxiety this driver caused me by making threats and trying to make up a fantasy education because she obviously felt inferior to me. She said during the trip her voice wasn't smokers voice... that she talked husky because someone tried to strangle her 2 weeks earlier. My guess is it was another fare and she deserved it! What a nasty woman! NEVER AGAIN! Get on board with UBER AND LYFT! When you summons a ride with UBER or LYFT, It tells you exactly how long the driver will be and shows a map so you can watch your driver while they are enroute to pick you up. UBER/LYFT has very cool technology. Since UBER/LYFT drivers vye for a 5-star rating, their SERVICE IS impeccable. Magic Taxi is the rudest service EVER. They don't deserve anyone's hard earned money. Lazy, unprofessional. They don't deserve 1 star, but I can't leave a review without giving them at least 1."
