He knew exactly what we needed, which was below the cost we were expecting. But we were given options for a more super high end model if we wanted. Out the door with our new sweeper, replacement bags and belt. Loved his brutal but humorous honesty. Absolutely an expert and master of vacuums!"

His thorough explanation of its maintenance, including how to empty the dustbin and clear the filter was incredibly helpful. He sought a thorough understanding of my specific cleaning needs and preferences before Dave recommended the cat and dog HX2 model - complete with an additional electrobrush upholstery tool. The machine works so well… I was amazed at how much debris I was leaving behind! The personal service I received from Dave was exceptional. Separately, Dave assisted me with an additional issue regarding a Hoover upright bagged cordless vacuum I had purchased for my mother from Amazon several years ago. When I explained the issue with the broken handle, Dave knew of the problem immediately… he even had a compatible replacement part from an Oreck variety. Dave provided detailed instructions for the repair, which I successfully completed at home in about 10 minutes. "Oh my gosh, I am so excited to be writing this review about the owner "Dave" at Day Cin Vacuums in Dayton, Ohio. I was looking for the absolute best vacuum and done a lot of reading reviews and searching over the past two weeks. After watching videos using the links on the Day Cin Vacuums website, I decided to call the store. I gave Dave a huge list of things I wanted in the vacuum, told him about my back surgeries, and also that my carpet was the Mohawk Karastan Silk which requires "tender loving care". Rather that Dave trying to convince me to buy one of his high-end vacuums, he actually suggested I get a "SonicClean" vacuum that is, what he said, the BEST vacuum for my carpet, for my back after surgery. As I was listening to Dave giving me advice, I was in shock. I told him he was "old school", and an honest man. I just could not believe he did not do a car-salesman type conversation with me. You just cannot find this type salesmanship anymore. Anyone who's been around a while will surely appreciate speaking with this man, Dave, before pouring out a ton of money on some vacuum that just looks pretty. Dave will give you his best and honest recommendation, I am certain of this."
