"Graybar has closed the counter and showrooms in Cleveland and Columbus. Prices are above average and service has gone by the wayside. As a 40 year customer I will be moving on due to these concerns to start with. I feel current leadership has ruined this company and I will not be gong back to Graybar for anything. Way to go guys."
