"Do not use them for service! You are wasting your time and probably money. They may be short handed but that is not a reason to put out poor work! I will NOT be back. Read on for the long-winded story: I took my mower in for service in March, they were busy so it took them about 4 weeks to do service and a deck related repair. After getting the mower back, it was still broken on the 1st mow. When I called to see about bringing it back, I was told by the manager that because it was their error, they would bring my mower right in and it would be repaired within a day maybe 2 at most. I would not have to wait the 6 weeks for new repairs. No problem, I dropped the mower off, and again was told the same short time frame. 2 days latter, I gave a quick call for the status and was told that they had to order the part ( same part that they had just replaced) ok, I get it, even new parts are defective. On the 7th day, I figured I would give THEM a call and yes, as you can already guess, my mower is all ready to go! I go in to pick it up and I was given a confused look of why I was there, they had not called me. I explained, no problem. Well, It turns out that there was NEVER a (2nd) replaced part and the problem was just a loose mower blade. Wait, what? you left my mower blade loose when you repaired it? So you lied to me about time frame and ordering parts. OK fixed or not.. just give it back, which they did (fixed). The gentleman that brought it out to me asked if I was knew about the issue with the "knob." What? Another issue? It has been in with you 2 different times and you now tell me about an issue? Just give me the mower, I have no faith in your service at this point. I get it. You are "short staffed" but that is really only part of the issues. I have learned my lesson. Did they return my mower broken AGAIN? We shall see. In response to the owner: inconsistency in your product is a horrible excuse and will not give customers a warm feeling about doing business with you. I am not sure of any potential customer that wants to spend money with a company that is satisfied with inconstant workmanship. But at least you responded."

"Have you used this service a few different times? Change motor 4 years ago and did not change wiring harness so some of my equipment doesn't work on the mower number 1 number 2 just send it. In to have it service belt replaced they send it back to me with a dead battery. They had to jump it to put it on the roll back to deliver it. It was running when it pulled into my driveway and when the driver pulled it off and turned it off. It would not start you would think when you send your mower in. To be serviced that all things would be serviced and if there was a problem you would be contacted so it would be taking care of it looks like. I will no longer be using this establishment to work on my mower. I hope the rest of you have good luck with this company thank you"

"Still waiting (after 1 year) for a set of mulching blades for my mower. Each time I call, they tell me they are on the next shipment. Can't believe that shipment is taking a year. The last time I called I'm pretty sure they completely forgot I ordered them. Good luck getting anything they have to order. Would have loved to give them more stars, but it feels like once they got your money, you are dead to them. (EDIT: bumping up to 4 stars. They instantly got in touch with me to help sort out the problem, and were willing to drop off the parts to my house. A company that can admit their own faults, and own up to them gets a green light from me. Thanks for the help, and thanks for going the extra mile to fix it.)"
