"We redid the flooring in our entire home (2,500 sq. ft.), which we knew wouldn't be a fun process. After getting three quotes and reading many reviews, we decided that Page's was the way to go. Ron made us instantly comfortable with the process (and explained approximately 672 times that they were going to make the biggest mess we've ever seen in our lives). Ron was right: It was a mess. But from the moment Willie and Wesley walked in, they did everything in their power to make it as painless as possible. They consistently asked which rooms were a priority to access (before "Jenga"ing an entire floor's furniture into one room) and hermetically sealed every doorway and cabinet, to keep as much jack-hammer dust contained as possible. They laughed and joked and sang (although not always on key), and they put up with our crazy dog. They also uncovered a not-so-fun structural issue that involved bringing in a contractor, to prevent the corner of our house from falling down. Kudos to Jason for pitching in too! I was highly impressed that they managed to finish the entire job in 2-1/2 weeks...and remembered about 95% of the time where the furniture belonged! They laid the floors beautifully. Their concern with both the quality of their craftsmanship and our comfort were unparalleled. Even though he initially tried to steer me away from the bathroom tile I loved, Ron gladly dropped in to install it himself...and then admitted that it looked good after all (HA HA). I appreciated the back-and-forth interactions throughout the process about the best configurations for patterns, etc. When a couple minor touchups were needed after completion, the team came out quickly to take care of things. They know what they're doing, from beginning to end. I've been recommending Page's to everyone."
