"Everything was basically fine, but the body language of the customer service persons, both when I dropped off the mower, and when I picked it up, was uncaring and unwelcoming. Frankly, I felt like I was just a bother for them to deal with. I bought my mower in Lebanon because I heard the customer service was much better than Wilmington and Hillsboro, but that's not been my experience. Perhaps the Reps could smile, act friendly, and say "how can I help you?""
"I purchased a new excavator (90k) and the price was great. Service was good, not great. Would use them again. Hope to get a full tank of fuel and a hat next time."
"They do good work. The only problem is they pick it up and let it set for a month outside in the weather before they service it. I have 3 john Deere they service, and they pick each one up separate and charge a delivery charge for each one. They need to find a better way to arrange for their service. I always service in the off season also. It never was this bad in the past. They would have them done and back a week later."

Although the exact fit was not at the facility, he was able to have one delivered quickly so we could view and test drive.
